Warranty & Service

Hi My Name is Mark Vannen Watches Packaging

Limited 90-Day Watch Warranty

We offer a limited warranty against defective materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days after original purchase from vannewatches.com. We will promptly repair or replace your watch at our discretion if it is immediately returned to us with a copy of the original sales receipt from our online store.

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, the life of the battery, gaskets, aging, peeling, alteration or discoloration of the watch casing, crystal or straps from normal usage.

This warranty also does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, tampering, accidents, and incorrect use of the watch.

Vannen watches are focused more towards fashion and style. We highly recommend you keep it out of water, extreme temperatures and avoid shocks if at all possible.

Our watches are water resistant up to 10 meters / 30 feet, but we strongly suggest you take it off before you shower or go swimming. If your watch gets exposed to salt water or sand, rinse it off immediately.

Water resistance is achieved by using a rubber gasket, that in time will deteriorate under normal conditions and reduce the water resistance of your watch.

Please contact us within a year of your purchase so that we can service your watch by replacing the battery and gasket to ensure proper water resistance and functioning.

Please refrain replacing the battery and gasket on your own. We'll be happy to do it for a small fee and you'll have a better piece of mind knowing it was serviced with care here at Vannen.

All applicable implied warranties, including the implied warranty of merchantability and of fitness for a particular purpose given to you by law, are hereby limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Under no circumstances will Vannen Inc. be liable for any indirect or consequential damages of any kind.

Some states do not allow limitation on how long implied warranties last or exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so exclusions or limitations mentioned may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.

Expired or low batteries left inside a watch can harm the movements and render it useless. Replace the battery at least every 2 years. Have a local jeweler do it for you. You'll void the warranty if you attempt to do it yourself.

Watch Instructions

To set the time on your watch, pull the metal crown on the right side of the watch outward until you hear it click. Rotate the crown back and forth to move the watch hands into the proper position. Press the crown back in until you hear it lock. You will then see the second hand start to move when you've returned the crown into the proper position. Please don't forget to push in the crown. You don't want to expose your watch to water and moisture or else your watch will be ruined. Your new Vannen watch is now ready to wear.

NOTE: Initially your straps/bands may feel a bit stiff, but rest assured they will contour to fit your wrist in time from normal wear. However, if they feel too stiff you may run them under warm water (not exceeding 100 degrees Fahrenheit) which will allow them to soften and you can quickly shape and bend the straps to your liking to give it a nice custom fit.
