How long does it take to process my order?

Depending on the volume of orders coming in, new orders placed before noon PST are typically processed within 1 business day of the original purchase date. Orders placed on a new release date may take up to 3 business days to be processed. If you're order is placed at the end of the day on Friday; chances are it wont ship until the following Monday. Otherwise we're usually good about getting orders out within 1-2 business days. UPDATE! As of October 2014 we no longer ship to Mexico, India, Singapore, Indonesia, Russia, and Pakistan.

 

What are my shipping options? 

We exclusively use the United States Postal Service for both domestic and international orders. Domestically we offer: Express Mail, Priority Mail, First-Class Mail and Parcel Post. International orders may choose: Global Express Guaranteed, Express Mail International, Priority Mail International and First-Class International.

International customers, please be aware that our First Class Shipping (sometimes known as FREE First Class Shipping) is a great inexpensive option for your shipping needs, but keep in mind it does not offer tracking or insurance. On top of that it'll also take a very long time for your package package to arrive. We're talking over a month if not more before your box will arrive. Please don't panic and email us for a replacement watch. You're just going to have to sit and wait. Now if you don't receive your box within two months of ordering it; then you have every right to panic and contact us. With that said; if you chose International First Class Shipping (sometimes known as FREE First Class Shipping) we are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages. If you want fast delivery, tracking, and insurance... we highly suggest you pay a little extra and upgrade to Priority or Express Shipping for your international order.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Orders are not shipped until payments are fully cleared through your credit card company. Please keep this in mind when choosing your shipping option.

 

Do you cover tax/tariffs/duties/fees when shipping to other countries?

If you are shipping your order to a country outside of the USA, you are responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and fees in addition to any applicable customs laws and restrictions associated with importing products into that country. These laws and fees can change at any time and we recommend that you check with the appropriate customs offices before placing an order on vannenwatches.com.

 

Vannen will not add any of these fees to your order before checkout and will not reimburse you for any portion of the price of merchandise purchased, cost of shipping, taxes, customs or any other fee on orders undelivered due to recipient refusal.

 

How much will shipping cost me?

Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, destination and shipping option you choose. You can check your shipping charges by adding items to your shopping cart and proceeding to the check out page. You will not be charged until you enter your credit card information and submit your order.

 

When will I know when my order has been shipped?

We will send you an email notification. If you don't receive a notification, please let us know.

 

Can I cancel my order?

You may attempt to cancel your order by emailing cancel@vannenwatches.com IMMEDIATELY after placing an order. Please include your name, mailing address, order number and a return email address. However we cannot guarantee that we can cancel your order in time before it is shipped out. Cancelled orders are subject to a $15.00 restocking fee.

 

Can I return/exchange my watch?

If you are not happy with your item you may return it in it's ORIGINAL, UNOPEN, UNUSED condition and original sales receipt within 14 DAYS of receipt for a full refund. Please contact us ahead of time at returns@vannenwatches.com BEFORE sending your item back.

All returned items are subject to a $15.00 restocking fee. Because our merchandise is limited, we will not be accepting any exchanges.

 

How do I send my watch in for a return or service?

You will need to contact us FIRST before sending your watch in for a return or service repair. For returns please contact us at returns@vannenwatches.com. And for service repairs, please visit our Warranty and Service Page for more information.

 

After we receive your request we will email you shipping instructions and a return authorization number.

 

When returning any merchandise, please keep in mind that packages must be sent to Vannen, Inc. Attn: Returns P.O. Box 93188 Hollywood, CA 90093-0188. When returning your merchandise, please remember to insure your package for the full amount you paid on the goods returned.

 

Vannen Inc., will not be held responsible for any merchandise that is damaged, lost or stolen during the shipping process.

 

What is your Apparel Return Policy?

If you're not satisfied with your apparel purchase, simply return the item in its ORIGINAL, UNUSED, UNWASHED condition within 14 days of receipt and we will issue you a refund. However, shipping is non-refundable.

 

Due to the limited availability, exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please email returns@vannenwatches.com and a representative will contact you within 24 hours with instructions.

 

How Can I Return or Exchange Apparel Ordered from VannenWatches.com?

We'll happily accept the return of UNWORN, UNWASHED items. When we receive your return item, we will try our best to refund you in the method of your original payment. If you're a US customer; worst case scenario we will send you a refund check.

 

Apparel Returns by Mail. 

Packages must be shipped pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. We will refund your credit card for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.
