Astronaut Covers David Bowie's "Space Oddity" IN SPACE

May 16, 2013

Canadian astronaut Cmdr. Chris Hadfield just pulled off what is probably the most awesome thing ever....a cover of David Bowie's "Space Oddity" filmed and recorded....in space.

Somewhere, David Bowie just smiled. Then his face folded into time and a thousand doves from a thousand dimensions flew out of the white light coming from his eyes. BECAUSE HE'S MAGICAL. Bowie, man.

Hearing him sing "I'm floating in a most peculiar way" while actually floating in zero gravity is seriously one of the coolest things we've ever seen. Just amazing.
