New Trailer For BBC's Sherlock: Season 3

December 10, 2013

BBC - Sherlock Season 3

The BBC has released the first full trailer for Season 3 of Sherlock, starting Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman. The trailer doesn't answer the question of how Sherlock faked his death, but it finds the consulting detective in the confidence of his brother ready to return to London from...wherever he's been hiding out.

We're still betting that the guy on the bike dosed John Watson with the psychotropic drug from "Hound of the Baskervilles" right before he "saw" Sherlock jump but beyond that...we've got nothing.

After the New Year’s Day UK premiere of episode one of Season 3, titled “The Empty Hearse,” airs on BBC One on January 1, the second episode “The Sign of Three,” follows on January 5, with the series finale, “His Last Vow,” debuting on January 12, 2013. On December 15 in London, The British Film Institute will screen “The Empty Hearse.” Once the season completes its run in the UK, it will air on PBS Masterpiece in the U.S. on January 19, 2014 at 10pm EST.
